Once a week was the commonest answer in 2003 and 2006 but fell to 27.7% by 2013, while once or twice a month rose from 29.9% to 32.8% to become the commonest answer in 2013. Several times a week peaked at 19.9% in 2006 before falling back to 15.8% in 2013, and a few times a year rose from 12.6% in 2003 to 14.8% in both later years.
