First, I'd like you to look at pictures {a} and {b} and talk together about the kind of holidays these pictures suggest. You have about a minute for this, so don't worry if I interrupt you.

Now look at all the pictures. I'd like you to imagine that there's going to be a television programme about the effects tourists can have on the places they visit. Talk together about the different effects of tourism suggested by the pictures. Then decide which issue should be highlighted in the first programme. You have about three minutes to talk about this.
