For questions 1–8, read the text below and think of the word which best fits each space. Use only one word in each space. There is an example at the beginning.

Here are a (0) ___ tips on how to write a formal application letter. Firstly, address your letter to the person mentioned in the job advertisement who deals (1) ___ the applications.
